O principal objetivo era desenvolver uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o que fosse robusta e eficiente em diferentes condi\u00e7\u00f5es operacionais, garantindo a conformidade ambiental.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-063ed94 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"063ed94\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Solu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01da7f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"01da7f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O projeto teve in\u00edcio com uma fase de <a href=\"https:\/\/grupoep.com.br\/servicos\/pesquisa-desenvolvimento-e-inovacao\/\">Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o (PD&amp;I)<\/a> conduzida pelo <\/span><b>Grupo EP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ao longo de 8 meses. Durante esse per\u00edodo, foram coletadas amostras de efluentes em diferentes etapas do ano para capturar a maior varia\u00e7\u00e3o poss\u00edvel nos par\u00e2metros de qualidade. Isso permitiu a defini\u00e7\u00e3o da melhor rota de tratamento para enfrentar os desafios espec\u00edficos dos efluentes da empresa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O tratamento implementado inclui processos de coagula\u00e7\u00e3o, flocula\u00e7\u00e3o e precipita\u00e7\u00e3o de metais e fluoretos, seguidos por uma etapa de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o com per\u00f3xido de hidrog\u00eanio para destrui\u00e7\u00e3o de cianetos e fen\u00f3is. O sistema foi finalizado com um polimento com carv\u00e3o ativado, garantindo que o efluente tratado atendesse a todas as exig\u00eancias ambientais.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Tecnologias Empregadas:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Coagula\u00e7\u00e3o, Flocula\u00e7\u00e3o e Precipita\u00e7\u00e3o de Metais e Fluoretos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Essencial para a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas e contaminantes met\u00e1licos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Oxida\u00e7\u00e3o com Per\u00f3xido de Hidrog\u00eanio:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Processo utilizado para a destrui\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz de cianetos e fen\u00f3is.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Polimento com Carv\u00e3o Ativado:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Remo\u00e7\u00e3o final de compostos org\u00e2nicos e poluentes remanescentes, garantindo a alta qualidade do efluente tratado.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9fbf03b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9fbf03b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Resultados:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ea0c61d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ea0c61d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s a fase de testes e o sucesso comprovado da planta piloto, a empresa l\u00edder global na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7os inoxid\u00e1veis ainda contratou o <\/span><b>Grupo<\/b> <b>EP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para a <\/span><b>implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da <a href=\"https:\/\/grupoep.com.br\/produtos\/estacoes-de-tratamento\/estacao-de-tratamento-de-efluentes-ete\/\">Esta\u00e7\u00e3o de Tratamento de Efluentes<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> em escala industrial.
