Con el avance de la urbanizaci\u00f3n y el aumento de la densidad de poblaci\u00f3n, se ha vuelto imprescindible establecer criterios de calidad estrictos para proteger la salud p\u00fablica y prevenir enfermedades transmitidas por el agua. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como el agua es un recurso natural esencial y limitado, que se usa como base para la alimentaci\u00f3n, el cultivo y otros procesos productivos, es importante hacer un seguimiento continuo y emitir un <\/span><b>informe fiable sobre la potabilidad del agua <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">son fundamentales para garantizar su calidad.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8bc66c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8bc66c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo surgieron las normas para controlar la calidad del agua?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La normativa sobre la calidad del agua en Brasil ha ido evolucionando a lo largo de las d\u00e9cadas. El punto de partida fue en 1977, con el   <\/span><b>Decreto federal n.\u00ba 79.367\/1977<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que le dio al Ministerio de Sanidad la responsabilidad de establecer las normas de potabilidad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde entonces, se han hecho varias actualizaciones, entre las que se incluyen:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orden n.\u00ba 56\/1977: primeros criterios de potabilidad<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orden n.\u00ba 36\/1990 \u2013 ampliaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Orden GM\/MS n.\u00ba 888\/2021<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 legislaci\u00f3n vigente<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div> <\/div><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Orden n.\u00ba 888\/2021 ha supuesto avances importantes, haciendo que el informe sobre la potabilidad del agua sea a\u00fan m\u00e1s completo y riguroso.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9635d4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9635d4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>La importancia de la Orden GM\/MS n.\u00ba 888<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Orden n.\u00ba 888, de 2021, es de vital importancia porque enumera nuevos par\u00e1metros y contaminantes emergentes que hay que analizar, ajusta los l\u00edmites m\u00e1ximos permitidos (LMP) para varias sustancias bas\u00e1ndose en referencias internacionales actualizadas, y ampl\u00eda los requisitos de seguimiento y la frecuencia de las tomas de muestras.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, es a partir de la Orden GM\/MS n.\u00ba 888 donde se definen las responsabilidades relativas a los sistemas de abastecimiento, se fomenta el uso de tecnolog\u00edas de an\u00e1lisis avanzadas y se establece la creaci\u00f3n de Planes de Seguridad del Agua (PSA).  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Orden Ministerial establece que se deben controlar m\u00e1s de 100 sustancias qu\u00edmicas en su totalidad, lo que incluye evaluaciones relacionadas con riesgos microbiol\u00f3gicos, org\u00e1nicos, f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicos, radiol\u00f3gicos y por contaminantes emergentes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73e2de8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"73e2de8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>Principales novedades de la Orden 888\/2021<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La nueva ordenanza ha tra\u00eddo cambios importantes que afectan directamente a la elaboraci\u00f3n del <\/span><b>informe de potabilidad del agua<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a2322e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a2322e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><b>1. Incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevos contaminantes<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se han a\u00f1adido contaminantes emergentes, como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pesticidas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compuestos industriales<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cianotoxinas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subproductos de la desinfecci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0068556 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0068556\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><b>2. Revisi\u00f3n de los l\u00edmites m\u00e1ximos permitidos (LMP)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se han ajustado los l\u00edmites de algunos par\u00e1metros bas\u00e1ndose en referencias internacionales, lo que ha hecho que el control sea m\u00e1s estricto.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6eea62d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6eea62d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><b>3. Planes de Seguridad del Agua (PSA)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La orden ministerial fomenta la implantaci\u00f3n de los PSA, promoviendo un enfoque preventivo en la gesti\u00f3n de la calidad.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0942767 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0942767\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><b>5.
