Para este projeto, o Grupo EP teve o desafio de aplicar sua expertise e know-how dimensionando um sistema de tratamento de água completo onde fosse possível através da água bruta gerar 6 tipos de águas com finalidades diferentes, desde a geração de água potável a água totalmente desmineralizada e esterilizada (através do sistema UV – ultravioleta).
Tratamento de Efluentes Siderúrgicos: até 99% de remoção de metais e redução de turbidez.
Uma empresa multinacional do setor siderúrgico, enfrentava desafios relacionados ao tratamento de efluentes gerados pelos lavadores de gases dos altos-fornos, que continham altas concentrações de metais pesados, fluoretos, cianetos, fenóis e nitrogênio amoniacal. O principal objetivo era desenvolver uma solução que fosse robusta e eficiente em diferentes condições operacionais, garantindo a conformidade ambiental.
