For the outsourcing of ETA and ETE (water and effluent treatment plant) operations, Grupo EP offers the following types of contract to clients:
BOT (BUILD/OPERATE/TRANSFER) FINANCE AND BUILD/OPERATE AND MAINTAIN/DELIVER
In this business model, besides the financing and amortization of the assets, we offer a technological selection for the process aiming at greater efficiency and operational management, offering qualified labor, technical supervision, training, etc. Respecting the pre-established deadline, the possession of the asset is handed over to the client and the operation contract can be maintained. There is no need for large financial investments, and this modality allows the dedicated management time and the capital that would be invested in the treatment process, to be invested focusing effectively on your core business. We can also stress zero CAPEX and negative OPEX.
BOO (BUILD/OPERATE/OWN) FINANCING AND BUILD/OPERATE AND MAINTAIN/DON’T DELIVER
In this business model, the financing and amortization of the assets is also offered, the same technological selection for the process aiming at a greater efficiency and operational management, always in search of excellence. However, after the pre-established deadline has been met, possession of the asset is not handed over to the client. This model is applied when the client does not have the need or interest in obtaining ownership of the asset, especially in cases of time-bound treatment, startup periods, or plant de-installation. The Client has the possibility of acquiring the asset at an already depreciated value and maintain the operation and maintenance contract.
AOT (ACQUIRE/OPERATE/TRANSFER) ACQUIRE/OPERATE AND MAINTAIN/DELIVER
In this modality, capitalization is sought through the sale of existing assets (subject to evaluation) for the optimization of existing processes aiming at an improvement in efficiency and operational management. But after the pre-established deadline is met, the possession of the revitalized asset is handed over to the client, agreeing and maintaining the contract and operation.
AOO (ACQUIRE/OPERATE/OWN) ACQUIRE/OPERATE AND MAINTAIN/DON’T DELIVER OR CAN DELIVER
In this modality, capitalization is sought through the sale of existing assets (subject to evaluation) for the optimization of existing processes aiming at an improvement in efficiency and operational management. However, after the pre-established term is respected, with the possibility of returning the asset (subject to previous analysis) by agreeing and maintaining the contract and operation.
O&M(OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE)
The EP Group has a multidisciplinary team of approximately 400 employees allocated in five divisions: Engineering, Laboratory, Equipment, Chemical Products and Technology. Each specialized to develop customized solutions for wastewater treatment plant operations/maintenance. Operational Outsourcing is one of the services that the EP Group stands out in the Brazilian industrial market, ensuring that treatment plants achieve their goals in a more optimized manner
TURN KEY
“Key Delivery”. In this modality we describe a type of contract in which only the EP GROUP is contracted to perform the work from start to finish, from design to key delivery, so to speak, which can extend to an operational outsourcing after delivery. Minimizing the customer’s management problem by dealing with only one supplier doing the work from start to finish. The advantages of this model are shorter construction time, easier logistics, lower cost, and integration of solutions from a group with expertise in the subject.
