EP Engenharia do Processo Ltda, with units in Guarulhos and Nazaré Paulista – SP, operates nationwide in the segments:
- Development of chemical engineering process and environment; Provision of environmental engineering services;
- Laboratory analysis;
- Boilers, assembly, manufacturing of water and effluent treatment systems and reverse osmosis systems;
- Development, manufacturing, and commercialization of chemical products;
It establishes the following principles:

The Laboratory’s management and staff are committed to meeting our internal and external clients’ needs with quality, competence, reliability, confidentiality, impartiality, and professionalism, by providing services:
Planned according to manuals, procedures and methodologies based on the requirements of the NBR ISO/IEC 17025 standard and the INMETRO/CGCRE normative documents.
Through competent, trained, skilled, and committed employees with the documentation of the quality management system and free from commercial, financial, and other internal or external pressures that could compromise the impartiality, confidentiality, and reliability of the results.

- Comply with the legislation and environmental protection standards applicable to its activities, products, and services.
- To seek the development and improvement of methodologies and technologies for the continuous improvement of its activities related to the sustainable use of water, energy sources, and natural resources.
- To implement Environmental Management programs related to its activities involving employees, suppliers, clients, and the community.
- Disclose the Environmental Policy, reviewing and updating its objectives and goals, which are established based on the significant environmental aspects and impacts.
INTEGRITY POLICY
Corruption is an evil that affects everyone. Governments, citizens and companies suffer its effects on a daily basis. Besides diverting resources that would otherwise be available for better execution of public policies, corruption is also responsible for distortions that directly impact business activity, due to unfair competition, overpriced prices, or restricted business opportunities.
Fighting it, therefore, depends on the joint and continuous effort of everyone, including companies, which have an extremely important role in this context. Law 12,846/2013, of August 1st
2013, known as the Anticorruption Law or Clean Company Law, established in Brazil the objective administrative and civil liability of legal entities for the practice of harmful acts committed in their interest or benefit, against the public administration, domestic or foreign.
The adoption of correct professional behavior by all our teams and managers reflects the kind of organization we are part of in front of society. In this sense, an important instrument to support the company’s actions and decisions is the Code of Conduct. In this Code, you will find the principles that guide EP Group’s relationship with the main audiences involved in its operations – employees, managers, customers, suppliers, investors, government, competitors, community, press, and other sectors of organized civil society. They are values applicable to all EP units, regardless of region and culture, or the type of activity and position of the professionals who work there.
To this end, we encourage everyone, if you detect any kind of misconduct, to report it through our CONTACT page by selecting the “Ombudsman” option. This way, the denunciation will be totally anonymous and forwarded directly to the company’s directors and legal sector.
Thus, we want to make it even clearer what our responsibilities are and, while respecting individual differences, consolidate the collective referential of the PE we want to be: a sustainable company, built with the values of its people and increasingly prepared to contribute to the development of society as a whole.
